Hi ya. Can one of you experts tell me if $34.60 is a reasonable amount for this item, 290555223947, for example, to be shipped to Japan. I just can't get my head around it and need to know if I am being reasonable or obnoxious if I want a seller to ship to me. I have had similar things sent for between $7 and $15. I don't want to ask a seller to take a risk, as I always track and insure the things I send. What would be realistic?

this is a seamless convertible bra... soft w/microfiber..

to me this is excessive shipping..how was she going to ship

this to you?

So I am trying to ask a seller a question and I am getting this msg: We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing.
That's the kind of seller for whom you hit the "back" button.

Is this an auto message from EBay? Very strange. It sounds like the seller is off the planet or something... why would they be unable to respond? and why would anyone want to send money to someone who's not responding to questions BEFORE they get your money? Not likely they'll be responsive after they have it, imo.

I got the same message. Apparently that is a Fleabay automatic message when the seller restricts their listing to only their location. So for example if that seller is in the UK and you're in the states, then Fleabay will only allow you to message the seller if you too are in the UK. I have this restriction set as well.

Oh wow! I never knew this!!

There is a setting to block questions from those that cannot bid on your items. It is great to keep your BBL from doing ASQ's but it also affects the ability for buyers from countries that you do not ship from asking questions.

You can go to the feedback page and contact member.

Can someone give me some ebay advice? I bought a used dress on ebay and the dress had yellow stains on the underarms, the seams are coming apart and it reeks of parfume. I contacted the seller to see if I could return the dress and she said she does not accept returns, so I left her negative feedback. She ended up leaving me positive negative feedback, so I contacted ebay and they removed it. She then sent me an email and told me I can return the dress, but I would need to change her feedback. I don't know what to do. I'm happy that she is letting me return the dress, but I don't know if I should change her feedback. I also did research here on this forum and found many other threads about this seller. I guess she has a habit of lying and taking advantage of buyers. I'm too new to open a new thread, so I hope it's o.k. that I'm posting in this thread. Thank you

Did you file a SNAD case? If so, I believe she would be forced to accept the return without extorting you for feedback.

Thank you for your help. No, I did not file a SNAD, because this seller sent me an email and told me I could return the dress. I have already shipped the dress back to her, but now I don't think I want to change my feedback. I was just being honest in my feedback about the condition of the dress. I just hope she doesn't hold my refund hostage unless I change the feedback. Would I be protected by ebay?

Well, if she doesn't refund you, and you have tracking to prove she got the item back, you could probably file with PayPal, at least. I haven't been in this exact situation though, so you might want to call on someone who has. You should definitely be able to get your money back without allowing yourself to be extorted, though!

Depending on how quickly she refunds you after delivery confirmation shows that she got the dress back, you can revise to neutral with "got refund for SNAD dress only if revised feedback." She does NOT deserve a positive feedback and if you want to leave the neg as is, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't.
