I had no idea that the sticker on the top of Apple Pie was a scratch and sniff. Had I known, I probably would have scratched away all the smell while packing, especially if it smells as good as you say, so perhaps it's a good thing I didn't know! I'm a huge fan of those "eggs" (though not so much of trying to squish Easter grass inside of them, that took effort!) and am considering to go pick up more just for myself, lol.

Also, so you know, the two CGs are sand polishes. I don't think it says that anywhere on the packaging. I tested out a different color from the collection for myself (couldn't resist buying some for me, of course), and I think they are the texture you prefer.

I am so glad then that you did not know if you were going to huff all the smell. It would have been nice to have you sniff it, you would have wanted your own or maybe not gifted to me so... But I seriously love them all. The textures look to be my speed, the sand type with a little variation in color. LOVE them! Thank you so much again. I am really going to have to spoil my chick to pay it forward and I fully plan to!

You are making me blush. I was expecting it to be lagged due to the snow and everything. In fact I sent a package to a friend almost 3 months ago and it still hasn't arrived (or returned). :nogood: so I'm very happy this went all so smoothly. For the record, she and texasinPA live in the same state.

Cute story (I think!). I've been painting my 4 year old niece's nails for a couple years (a light coat of a very translucent pink). A few weeks ago, my brother and niece called and my brother asked me to talk with my niece about how to appropriately paint nails the next time I came down. Apparently, she got a hold of a bottle of my SILs and went to town on her skin and couch. When I was visiting last weekend, she picked out the ApHolo 7 of the two colors I brought. I explained that she was only to paint her nails (not her skin, not the walls, not the carpet, not the couch) and only when an adult was in the room. She painted her thumbs and big toenails, and I did the rest. She loved the color as much as I do!

And here are the swatches in full sunlight! I still need to swatch the minis. I apologize for my poor handwriting. PLUMbeach is textured, but the other Catrice's aren't.

That's to cute! We're expecting a little girl and I think this is one of the things I'm most excited about - having someone to share my polish obsession with once she gets a older. It never crossed my mind, however, that little one might grab a bottle and go to town trying to do her own nails, hitting other areas in the process. Perhaps I need to think about putting a lock on the helmers down the line, haha!
