My engagement ring is 2.39 carats and it is in a 6 prong classic Tiffany setting, which is meant to be temporary. I picked the diamond in New York where I am from and gave it to my boyfriend and I think he's going to propose in Italy next week. So I'll post pictures for you than. I think the 6 prongs makes the diamond look more round. I do agree with everyone else post about a 6 prong overwhelming a smaller diamond. I think the double clawed four prong will make the round diamond look more square.
