I think they are called "The Spectator Pumps" and have 4.1/4 inch heels. They also come in black with cream/white cap toe. Not sure of the retail price.

I am not sure what colors they had left because the store had a shoe sale and it was a mess. shoes were all over the place. I only saw the the dark-blue and white.
