Hi thereHi Doc,
I recently purchased a B35 in Gold Gulliver. It is in excellent condition except for some wear on the corners. What would you recommend to touch up the corners? Thank you so much for your help!

Hi there,Hello Doc, can you advise if the scratches on this bag can be remedied by a trip to the spa? This is Swift leather.
Hi thereHi Docride,
I bought this GP in epsom from an Hermes boutique ca. 6 months ago. I used it just once for a short time and have it stored properly. So, the bag is in brandnew condition. However, when I took it out & carefully checked it, I saw the leather looks very strange. It looks like the top layer of the leather is separating from the lower layer and could peel off (hope you understand what I mean, I am sorry! English is not my first language..)
I own some pieces in epsom (a Kelly & SLGs) and have not seen anything like this in other pieces.
Could you advise if this is normal? Is there anything I can do with it?View attachment 5355775View attachment 5355776View attachment 5355777
Thank you so much in advance!
Hi there,
Spa can sometimes help scratches to look less glaring , however they will not disappear completely. This almost looks like an indentation? If it is more of an indentation and or press mark on Swift leather then yes , it’s possible it might be improved and smoothed a bit by spa.
all the best doc
Hi Docride,Hi there
Could this bag have possibly been exposed to liquid ? Water or steam ? Or a spill?
Standing by
Doc
I can’t say exactly why you’re seeing this …I was just guessing.Hi Docride,
No, never. I used it once for a short time (mostly indoor). Properly stored, together with all my other bags... I wonder if this is a kind of defect (e.g. during dyeing process)...
