Do You Shop For Handbags Alone, or With a Group of Friends, Partner, etc?

Alone.

Of course, I'd love to have someone to consult how it look on me, but I get uncomfortable paying for them in front of these people. Not everyone can afford everything and that sometime I just don't want them to know how much I spend. So, I'm normally shop alone.

One time I went with a friend who has a similar addiction. But aside from her and a couple of coworkers, no one knows how much I spend on bags or how many I have. There is probably one co-worker/friend that I might go shopping with. But so it's 99.9% alone.

Same here! With hubby if need more $$$$ things and after i browse the outlet/ online and decided to buy the item, coz DH cant stand to stay longer in shopping mall but he can ride his bicycle for 150 km per day which i dont understand y!

OMG...I think we're married to the same man! My hubby is exactly the same way!

I usually do it alone but there is 1 person whom I would always ask for opinion... my SIS but we end up liking the same thing anyway...

I shop for everything alone!! I also get a lot of negative feedback from people, telling me I waste my money, or just irritating me. And I don't like the feeling of someone hovering near me, looking obviously bored, I just feel rushed to shop after that.

If I'm really going to spend the money, I would go alone. Otherwise, I would go with my sis or few closer friends.
Once I went on a trip with 2friends, one of them use designer goods and the other one can't afford it actually. It was an awkward trip! The one who can't afford designer goods was totally bored in shop, I felt bad and stress! So I ended up with nothing

With friends To go out of the store with a brand new bag its good feeling, and then you and your friend can talk about how pretty the bag is. Happyness

Mostly alone, but sometimes with one particular friend who is as sick as me when it comes to beautiful things. Our only diversion is how much I will spend on shoes vs how much she will spend on jewellery. We always show each other the stuff we have bought though - we have great fun together - and there is never any judgement or gasping at expenditure - when people do that it is really tedious!

ill go shopping in general with friends. On those occasions I really buy anything I enjoy their company,but don't need their advice. Shopping is a leisure activity I like to linger fantasize and try thing on. I don't like feeling like I have someone waiting one me. I'll go out and stay out for hours. So when shopping I'd rather go alone, but Ill go with other it allows me to scout items that I'll buy later.

I do most of my handbag shopping online. When I go into a store to check it out in person I'm either alone or with my husband. I wouldn't feel comfortable buying my purses in front of my friends.
