I have only seen that SA once since I bought my Kelly. I tried chatting with him and he didn't even acknowledge me.. it was really wierd. He was VERY nice and helpful and spent a good hour with me the first time.

Was it who I think it was 'cause if so, I get the same hot/cold treatment. He called me to see a bag then ignored me on Sat. when I came in to see it but he had one of the ladies (sorry I can't remeber her name) help me and she was nice. I didn't see Jose til we were leaving. Anyway, good luck on Saturday!!!!
