35 is a good everyday bag, but depending on how much you have to carry everyday, 32 could work too. I prefer 32 for all around everyday bag. Both in retourne by the way.

I find the 35 perfect for daily wear ... I carry small bottle water, brollies, one silk and one gm, pencil case, reading material, cammie + charger, and chapsticks.

I like retourne only for the moment.

Thanks Birkingal for the info. I wear flats daytime but heels for night out. So it would help to have both flats and heels the day you try the bags, right?

I don't have experience using a 28 sellier. My seller is a 32. I do feel the corners. It holds about what my 28 retourne does. The 28 retourne is easier to access (the sellier just feels harder) than even the 32 sellier. I don't use my 32 sellier daily because I find it harder to put it somewhere, like in restaurants when there is no extra seat for my bag, or on a crowded train. If I am driving it's much less an issue.
I love the look of a sellier too, but I prefer the proportion of a 32 sellier to a 28 sellier. This probably put me in a distinct minority on tpf, as I recall many members like 32 retourne and 28 sellier. There is something very beautiful about a 32 sellier to me, and when I use mine I stare at it a lot in admiration. It just looks to me as a Kelly is supposed to look exactly. But I don't like the corners, and in a 32 you feel it more.

A 35 is certainly heavy, even a 32 (in Clemence) gets that way if loaded up. The good thing is, a 35 Kelly is lighter than a 35 Birkin, although it also contains less. I find a 32 a tad small for me and actually prefers the 35, weight notwithstanding. I think it makes a good workhorse as well as travel bag. And in retourne it is tres chic!

i am quite interested in getting one but am afraid that it'll be too briefcase-like as some have mentioned about this here....
i am fine with big/oversized bags on small frames and like the look :)

I believe your fear is valid, 35 in sellier would be briefcase-like. 35 in retourne is more forgiving, I personally prefer sellier in smaller size.

Hi my lovely Kelly lovers,
Could someone tell me if the 25cm is discontinued? I heard it from one of the SAs.
Im so in love with the kelly right now.. If only I can lay my hands on one :sad:
