Hi,thank you for taking the time to reply. I am in London and I am able to pick it up from the Mount Street boutique. I am travelling to Hong Kong soon so I could even try the 2 boutiques there which I think have a direct phone number and email.

I just ordered a Saint Sulpice cardholder from Dallas. Shipping is now $60 and surprised I got charged a premium (tax) since my state doesn’t have a Goyard boutique. What the SA said was the tax offsets previous premium charges in the past but as far as I know on my last purchase in 2022 it was just the cost of the item and then $30 shipping.

I just ordered a bag and was charged $60 for shipping as well. Last year I paid $30. I shouldn’t complain given the price of the bag, but $60 for shipping a bag that weighs 500 grams seems a bit obscene.

Goyard in NM in Chicago had one in green a couple days ago and perhaps other colors (didn’t ask because I was interested in green). Call and ask for Franklyn..he’s friendly and helpful. The boheme is a great bag!

Ordered from Goyard Saint Louis tote. My first and last order. When the delivery driver came, I was speechless 😑

Delivery costed 110 euros from France to Finland. And this is how the package looked like... Not even a box.. just a paper bag what was crushed in a thin delivery package

I have ordered from multiple luxury houses including Hermes, Chanel, Vuitton and Celine, all with a free delivery and all neatly packed (bag in a box, tissue papers, ribbon etc) - as it should be

Sent a message to the distance sale manager with these pictures but have not received a reply yet

That’s crazy. When I ordered both my St. Louis gm and pm (one from Barney’s and one from bergdorfs) they arrived in huge boxes with the air packing inside. No folds at all. Wow. I’m sorry and speechless

Does anyone have any suggestion on Distance Orders to Australia. Spoke to Hong Kong stores, Japan stores, and South Korea stores as I can't reach Singapore store. Want to purchase bag to Melbourne Australia for my partner birthday. Any help would be much appreciated via message :)

You can email the goyard australia for distance sale and they will reply to you if they do though it takes a few days to get an answer.
