Hi all! I’m looking to purchase a Goyard Victoire wallet from the Bergdorf store in NYC. Does anyone know the best way to go about doing this (SA vs calling the store vs email)? I know the Goyard website has an online form for distant sales, but would prefer to buy from the Bergdorf store. Thank you!!

I called the main number and asked to be transferred to Goyard. An SA immediately answered and helped me. It was a pleasure!

Anyone? What was your experience? How long did it take to organize a distance sale from the moment you put the request through to the moment where a member of staff contacted you ? I just would like to know if I am wasting my time or they just take very long to reply and start the ball rolling.It has now been 10 days since my distance sale request and their automatic reply acknowledging the request.

Goyard Miami respond within 1-2 hours.

Just ordered my first Goyard piece! Decided on an Artois PM in navy last night, was expecting to have a bit of a wait since the distance sale request form I submitted last week about a passport cover has had no response. Called the Bergdorf store this afternoon, they had it in stock and now the bag will be en route to me tomorrow. the whole process took 10min, super smooth.

I asked my SA in BG for Boheme. She said BG hardly get Boheme :(

yeah I read somewhere that stock level at BG is not as robust as stand alone boutiques. they didn't have a the passport cover I wanted so I'm on the waitlist for that. I'm not familiar with Goyard stores so I don't know if the poor stock level is typical or just timing dependent. I went to the stores in Tokyo and Osaka while I was in Japan, and both had pretty limited stock for popular modals.

Distant sale at Goyard boutique is final sale which i don’t like at all.

Hi! Did Bergdorf charge you shipping? I can’t stand how the stand alone boutiques charge me $60 for shipping!!
