Btw, I just received a package from "inside the orange box" and the raisin kelly 32 in clemence is like brand new! Jean was very helpful and very patient throughout the process. The package was nicely done it's like you bought it from Hermes Boutique. I got a nice gift and lovely notes from her. What a wonderful seller!

her feedbacks seem to indicate several less than straightforward transactions and very mix reviews...

looks like she is based in europe (luxembourg), seems to have good pictures and descriptions of items, and has respectable feedbacks. my feeling says she's good. but would love some comments.

She promised to ship it FedEx so it would arrive within 5 days after I paid on the 28th. Had she shipped Global Express it would probably have arrived anyway, she chose priority only, which is the slowest of the three options.

ETA. if my English wasn´t as good as it is, then one might have thought that a miscommunication had occured.

i just wanna add that i have had some experience with other sellers who do sell very good and authentic items but seem to engage in similar postal "bait and switch" practices, where agreement and total amount quoted usually included fedex or comparable courier providers, and then suddenly another much cheaper shipper were stated or used, and additional monies requested to use the initial courier agreed upon.

from what i could see, she posted pics showing the various conditions very very clearly, but did not always state them in her descriptions. if you subscribe to 'picture speaks louder than words', then this is not a problem. but it can be disconcerting to nervous potential buyers if statements do not seem to correspond with pictures.

Just wanted to add to that^^. Sam is amazing! I finally took the plunge and got my first Hermes purse - a Kelly 32 Sellier Ardennes Black with GHW from Sam. He was very prompt in replying to my inquiry when I asked him a few questions. He answered me and gave me so much great information as well. Shipping was really fast. It took less than a week for my Kelly to reach me here in the US all the way from Japan! I was delightfully surprised:) Sam even wrote me a sweet note and included a really cute bag charm too! He also made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and followed up with me via email. Excellent experience especially for my first H<3

Hello my fellow TPFers, Just wanted to let you know that I had my first transaction with Kaleidoplace. Nancy is an excellent seller. She responded to all my questions, sent me the bag once she received my payment & it has just arrived few moments ago carefully wrapped & in a more beautiful condition than she described.
I am happy to announce that at last I am a proud owner of a Bordeaux vintage kelly, thanx to Nancy.
I would highly recommend her.
