This really makes me sad! I love the Monogram Vernis. I guess I better make my next purchase quicker than I anticipated

Hello there ! I just subscribed to this forum today. I went this morning to my favourite LV store in the south of France to buy the mini pochette accessoires in Xmas edition (in mono canvas), and also to have a look at the Felicie pochette in patent leather. The SA (who's not my usual SA) told me the monogram vernis would be discontinued very soon... He only had the pochette in the Amarante color...
In 2011, I bought an agenda cover (in Pomme d'amour color) and really enjoyed this leather.
Today, I'm considering about buying this pochette but I wanted first to have a look at the other 2 shades (red and fuchsia)... The amarante is unavailable in the webstore and my store only have one left... I guess, I have to hurry up to buy the bag...

I don’t know if this was already noted somewhere but I just noticed that the
Alma B & B Monogram bag (with the red or black interior leather) is no longer on the LV website. I liked that bag but couldn’t get past how it didn’t have feet.

I’ve heard that LV are going to discontinue the Alma BB in vernis . They will still do vernis pieces but it won’t be the Alma BB. I’ve been to the flagship LV store in London and they don’t have any in stock, and online it’s limited. It would be tragic is this rumour is true.

I was in London again early January and returned to Harrods to ask again about the "Favourite", but it was still unavailable. I also called Louis Vuitton customer service and asked if they could tell me where I could find the "Favourite". She told me it is out of stock throughout Europe!.... And yet today, when I walked into the LV store in Lausanne, at home in Switzerland, and said I was l looking for the Favourite, she opened a drawer and gave me the choice of PM and MM sizes in both Damier Ebene and Damier Azur! I couldn't believe it! When I told her I had been searching for this bag for a year, she explained that the popular bags in canvas are currently being delivered in very small quantities (2 or 3 at a time) and get snapped up immediately in the LV stores in major cities (eg Geneva and Zurich for Switzerland) but in smaller towns, you have a much better chance of finding that sought after bag.
I was so jealous when I saw it came with the pouch!!! Had mines for 7 years without the pouch and finally ordered a "replacement" pouch for my neverfull mm. Hehe!
Ya. I cud be wrong but I believe this vernis color is new for Alma bb (I have the marine color which came out earlier. )
DE pochette accesoires is gone from the US website now. Only Mono and DA come up now.
Blah, I hope it’s not gone completely ....it’s my next bag and probably last. Lol. I want something for date night but don’t want to spend too much.
Personally, as a very latecomer to LV, I have to say that it’s the canvas that attracted me; it’s so iconic. Leather is leather: beautiful, but available from any other designer.
I just saw this too! I almost think of the pochette accessoires as one of the “classics”. I like to wear it as a small crossbody when I don’t want to tote around a big bag. This is too bad.
i just heard from my SA that the newsletter they received said the PA in DE has been discontinued
