I came across this video about the fall collection & saw some cute new items from the preview collection as well from the coming alps collection besides the Miss Dior collection in this video.
promo of own YT channel pretending it's not yours is not ethical
I do feel the trench coat which doesn’t have the miss Dior logo is very beautiful. Does anyone know if the alps collection is available worldwide or only in certain parts of the world and whether it will be launched simultaneously?
Also I saw some very nice classic set in white colour (Skirt & Jacket)that are available but I couldn’t find the black cardigan that is beautiful on the website yet.

$3,600. I believe it was part of Cruise ‘24.
There were two similar versions made that season: one in cotton gabardine and the one I have in virgin wool. I've attached the reference code.
HTH
Thank you for sharing 🩷 it looks very timeless I think it looks probably better than full pleated from top to bottom as it will have more a slimming effect . Gorgeous

Thanks so much, darling @880. I really need to make a more concerted effort to take more action shots.
Like many of us here, i love seeing your action shots and find them so helpful and inspiring when shopping and styling outfits.:hbeat:
And you're not too old for short pleated skirts lol! I can totally see you rocking a short pleat skirt with that Dior off-the-shoulder jacket you have (and inspired me to buy last year).
:flowers:

Had anyone seen the 2025 Cruise preview? I got a text about it but am out of town for work.
Yes, reserves were September 9-11th.

They will start delivering the first wave of cruise shipments late in October.

A lot of pieces were not my style. The plaids, chainmail, goth, Tudor style designs just weren’t up my alley.

They did have some lifesaver colors/acid trip pieces which did not fit in with the majority of the collection, and really nice Dior alps pieces.

I loved the show and was interested in how well it translated. I guess it is better suited for people who spend a lot of time in Scottish castles (a girl can dream) 😁

By chance I saw this coat and my dear SA managed to find my size. It's with the alterations department and I can't wait to wear it.

Love this!Happy for you that your SA found it! Did you get the tall boots too? The whole look is amazing :)

But, an unpopular opinion. I think this runway look needed a bigger bag… I think the small bag makes her head look enormous lol

I didn't get the tall boots but the short boots. I found the short ones more versatile, and when I wear black tights under it it's a more streamlined look along the legs.

The coat was supposedly not bought for the US, but I happened to see a larger size at Saks. I'm not familiar with Dior's ordering process so it's certainly an interesting experience for me.

The coat is mohair and wool and it's unlined. The price point is certainly high for the material, but I love the shape...almost a bit 1960s Balenciaga.

My store only had the tall version in store but I found the ankles to be baggy. Are the short versions constructed the same way in the shoe part and are just cut with a shorter shaft? I also was hesitant about the stretchy fabric and how durable it may be. I think I would have preferred leather. Oh well not a deal breaker…

Anyways, is your coat back from alterations yet? Can we see pics pls?
