I know that there is a reference thread on accessories, jewelry, makeup and clothing. Not sure if we can have one specific thread on Dior fine jewelry. Thought it would be good to showcase this side of Dior that is less known to many.

Thanks! :)

Good idea! I have to look into copying some older posts of fine jewelry with pictures sometime this weekend to add to the thread, but in the meantime, I have copied your Rose Des Vents picture there just to get things started. Please feel free to add any other pictures of your Dior Joaillerie if you wish.

Hello everyone! I searched high and low but couldn't find what I'm searching for. I purchased the Rose Dior Bagatele Ring today after completely falling in love with the entire collection! Here's my question: how has Dior jewelry held up for you (quality wise). The ring is 18k White Gold with diamonds. I asked my SA about it getting rhodium plated but she insisted that there is no rhodium plating on the ring and it is solid white gold. Can anyone tell me how Dior White Gold worked out for them? I'm nervous about the white gold fading - I have a ring (not Dior) that is white gold and rhodium plated and it fades off every 6-12 months, requiring more rhodium.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!!! dior ring.jpg

Dior white gold is 18K and high-jewelry grade, It will not change colour. Dior's Joaillerie line is in line with Haute Joaillerie companies like Van Cleef, Cartier, and Bvlgari, so their fine jewelry is up to the highest standards.

Thank you for your input! Your words are in line with what my SA told me. I am excited and pleased to hear this. I have been purchasing platinum jewelry specifically because I didn't want to worry about white gold fading or getting rhodium dipped again. Happy to hear that not all white gold jewelry is created equal and I have no worries with my Dior beauty!

Just came to say that is a gorgeous ring! [emoji7] May you have many moons of lovely use with it, without fading. Sounds like it doesn't fade and I suspect if it does you can take it to Dior for upkeep.
How so very kind of you! Thank you so much for your sweet words. The SA did say that they will polish and clean it should I need the service in the future. I'll be sure to update this thread if need be - but otherwise, am excited to wear it with confidence! :)

Please do. I've been enjoying Dior a lot lately and -- please forgive this fashionistas -- see them poised to surpass some other luxury brands. Their trajectory is just on point: great designs, quality and excellent customer service. It's a great combo. But what do I know!

That said, I've been eagerly watching the evolution of their product lines. Been admiring their fine jewelry from a far as I'm not positioned to buy at the moment. Been curious if their pricing is competitive to the jewelry focused brands.

From looking online they have some really great pieces like your beauty here!

Yes please indulge us with some mod shots and action shots in the future :) I'm not sure if there is a Dior fine jewelry thread but mods -- perhaps it's a great idea to have one. It's time we highlight that Dior creates really good fine jewelry too :)
