Looking for everyday jewelry: a single pendent necklace and paired earrings. Trying to decide between etoile de vents, rose de vents and minirose. I like mimirose but feel that I could find similar ones for a quarter of the price.

Annoyingly Dior FJ had a recent price increase in France (where my SA is and where I bought this) . I wasn’t aware of the price increase until I looked back at screenshots taken 3 months ago and saw the price difference. I’m annoyed with myself for not getting it slightly earlier….

Hope you enjoy the pics! As a regular VCA and Hermes purchaser, I can say I am happy to pay for the Dior intricate designs and just how well made the items are, it definitely feels much sturdier and more substantial than H FJ.

How are you enjoying this earrings? I was not looking for jewellery at Dior but my coworker bought the smaller version of these for his wife and asked me to try on a few pairs to help him decide. In the process I feel in love with the ones you have but am unsure of Dior for jewellery.

I really like them , now thinking of getting a ring in it. I’m still a keen shopper at VCA and Cartier but truly do feel Dior make the best floral jewellery. The frivole ring at VCA for example just isn’t as delicate as the Dior rose one IMO.

I have attended multiple Dior events in Paris where they showcase their history through the years . I understand why one would be uncertain about purchasing FJ from Dior as they are not a traditional jewellery house, but roses in particular meant a lot to Christian Dior himself, reminding him of his mother’s rose garden in Normandy . So I like to think that I am purchasing that little slice of history.
Make wise I think the earrings are delicate yet well crafted and sturdy.

Thanks for the reply! I was just at the at the Dior museum in Paris, that is store I tried on the earrings and fell in love. Agree there was a long history with Dior and roses and stars. The rose jewellery is very unique and detailed. Definitely adding to my wish list.
