It’s no fun wearing a jewelry and being bothered by it!Could I pls pls pick your thoughts, I wear Cartier Love bracelets 17, Juc 16. I do have a diamond bangle but its slightly big & overlaps the Loves so I stopped wearing it. I have an old 3ct tennis bracelet 17cm before I got my Cartier and I love the look of it stack with the Loves but it goes under & moves around which drives me nut. I contacted the jeweller I bought my tennis bracelet from to re-craft it to a bangle style so I can wear it with my Loves without the issue of overlapping, going under or moving around. I got a quote of USD 3,400, it'll be full Diamonds top & bottom (I bought my tennis for USD 5,995) My hubby and best friend does NOT agree to have my tennis converted into a bangleI don't know what should I do?
Have it re-craft to a bangle or leave it as it is? Thank you

Is 3400 purely re-craft without adding diamonds?
If so, ooooh, is that rather pricey? Of course I’m not experienced however I’m just comparing it with a quote I got from a jeweller to help me make one hard bangle tennis bracelet that’s similar to etincelle but bigger in terms of total carat. Here’s the details for your comparison :
“ estimated quote to make the diamond bangle using 18k gold, 34pcs 0.03ct stone each (2mm) 1.02tcw is S$4,350-$4,550/- incl GST.” . Like etincelle, diamonds only cover half of the bangle.
That’s works out to be super close to your usd price.
May I ask why do they not agree to this idea of conversion?
