Diamond studs or expensive watch?

Are you sure this is automatic? How come it doesn't say automatic on the watch? My Cartier watch is also automatic, and it saids so on the watch. (I have a rose gold ballon bleu). or maybe it's indicated else where?
But in anycase it's a beautiful watch, congrats! Love it!

Yes it's automatic. If you notice, there is a seconds hand which is never on Cartier quartz watches. Unless there is one and I haven't seen it! Some Cartiers indicate that it's automatic on the dial but in this particular style, it is on the back of the watch where it has the serial number.

I'd go for the watch because you'll see it all the time. The diamond studs you'll only see when you look in the mirror.
