Designer heels that are comfortable? (preferably elegant)

I think it all depends on your foot shape/width to determine this answer.
I am normal to slightly wide foot and my most comfortable designer heels are Jimmy Choo, and my favorite flats are Tod's.

Jimmy Choo, YSL (the tribute sandals are extremely comfy), Ferragamo, Sergio Rossi.

Hands down....MANOLO BLAHNIK! They are like fluffy clouds on your feet. I have lots of high end shoes...Manolo is still the best.
