Designer heels that are comfortable? (preferably elegant)

I think YSL tributes are the most comfortable shoes but they come with a bit of platform so you might find them more clunky. But I can walk with these for miles, or dance the night away (even with the highest heel).

Otherwise, Jimmy Choo's are really comfortable.

The Manolo BB in the 70mm - I mean you can't go jogging in it - LOL - but it's pretty comfy for a heel

+1 to this and sergio rossis you mentioned. I unfortunately made the mistake of buying 20 pairs of cl's thinking I had to be in pain to look good and that all heels would hurt...just recently came to the realization cl's just aren't for me....but the two rossis....can walk fair distances in

Melissa from Brazil isn't really what you call designer brand but it does have Karl Lagerfield and Vivienne Westwood as their collaborative designers! For me comfort and style are equally important so I really love the soft jelly material (pretty much the same material as Havianas), sweet bubblegum smell, bright colors for casual funky days and Matt floc for formal days. My latest acquisitions:

I mostly buy JCs because of comfort. I've also had luck with Dolce Gabanna, Gucci, and Prada. CLs, MBs and Lanvins kill me feet. YSL tributes are also comfy but that's the only YSL shoe I have tried.

I love hermes, LV, Chanel and Bally shoes! That said hermes are about the only ones that are so comfortable I don't even have to wear them in! Comfy from the first time!! Even 5 inch platforms!!

Louboutin's can be comfortable. I like the décolleté. I have a pair of Gucci peep toe sling backs I danced for hours in at my friends wedding. Maybe because their suede ? But they are very comfortable. Sorry for the blurry pic.
