Manolo Blahnik hands down. I gave up on Louboutin's years ago, they just weren't comfy enough.

I will also buy Chanel, Roger Vivier and Jimmy Choo on rare occasions. But Manolo's shoes are so comfy that I don't even think twice about buying them. Any style, any time. They always win.

My comfiest pair of CL is the simple 85. I could wear those all day.

I just got my first pair of Chanel pumps on sale and they are insanely comfortable!ImageUploadedByPurseForum1404575451.889377.jpg ImageUploadedByPurseForum1404575470.822788.jpg

My Pradas and manolos are super comfortable too.

Chanel are great. Gucci and jimmy Choo are my favorite. Prada do not work for me - I feel they have gone down hill. It's all about your foot too. I have a narrower foot (but not enough for a narrow shoe) and extremely high arches. Certain brands are better for that so it is likely that the ones for other feet are not "uncomfortable" just uncomfortable for me and my foot.

I think all my Manolos hands down are the most comfortable. I have some Louboutins but I can really only wear them someplace I'll be sitting. I think the YSL tributoos are comfy mostly because they're so high but have that platform. Manolos are the best though! Hope that helps!

I have very compfy heels from Peter Kaiser, who mainly makes very classic shoes. Mine are usually 10 cm and despite the height I can walk miles in them including dancing all night.

Another vote for YSL Tributes! Definitely the most comfortable designer shoes I've ever worn. The switch to Saint Laurent hasn't changed that, and other YSL/SL shoes are also relatively comfortable for their style.

Other than that, I think it depends a little on your foot. I am pretty flat-footed, and my most comfortable brand aside from YSL is Jimmy Choo. Louboutins and Manolos are pretty uncomfortable for me, although Manolos are slightly more comfortable by virtue of being lower-heeled (I tend to wear 5+ inches). But I have friends who swear by both of those brands, so I think there's no universal answer. For me, YSL, Jimmy Choo, Prada, Gucci, Brian Atwood, Dolce & Gabbana, and Stuart Weitzman all work.

Maison Martin Margiela shoes are very comfortable, I also love Camilla Skovgaard heels and wedges! They are superb. Dsquared2 has some comfortable edgy heels. Some Valentinos also can be comfy. But I'm not into Givenchy heels, although I love their bags!
