Designer Brands You Will Never Buy

I do not like monograms. I very seldom wear my LV, I bought it in my youth. I cannot stand Coach monogram bags. Everybody has them, it's like HEY! LOOK! I have a designer bag!!!! I have three Coach bags that my two little girls play with. I've just moved away from the brand screaming purses. I know what I have, not everybody has to know. No offense to the ladies who love their Coach!

Celine- the bags are ugly. I find it mind boggling how they ever became popular.

Mulberry- plain and boring designs. Reminds me of Mary Poppins. I wouldn't pay premium prices for something I can easily find for 1/5 the price.

Gucci has gone downhill over the past few years. They need to revamp their designs entirely. I haven't purchased anything from them since 2003!

Michael Kors I just can't stand.

Officially done with Coach, especially at the direction they're taking now. All the bags are so bland, boring, grandma looking, plain... and what's worse, all of their collections look exactly the same from one another!!! Not to mention, the prices for these Coach bags are laughable. $700-$1000+ for a COACH BAG that's still made in China? COME ON.

I miss the Coach back in the early 2000's. When all the collections - Poppy, Madison, Legacy... all had their own unique designs, personality and styles (Poppy with their over-the-top embellishments and their super cute tartan patterns; and Madison with their gorgeous gathered and super shimmery leathers). It's the same anymore.

So sad.

I couldn't agree more. If he hadn't appeared on Project Runway, not sure he'd be worth anything. The bags are awful quality and look so cheap.

I liked Michael Kors before he was on Project Runway. The lower end bags you find in TJ Maxx or the Outlets are not the greatest, but he does have some gorgeous bags. I love my hamilton's and they are very well made. It's the best purse I have ever owned. Even if I had oodles of money to spend on a more expensive purse, I'd go with MK every time because of durability, quality, and style. :D
