Has anyone found a swatch of Lara's Theme yet? I'm dying to see it and can't find anything about it online except the pic from Vogue and you can't really seen crap in it.
I want to see how close it is to Dior's Aloha before I buy it.

I saw Lara's Theme at my local department store but only in the bottle (no tester to swatch). I didn't end up getting it because I already got Aloha. The orange looked very similar to Aloha, but can't tell for sure since I couldn't swatch. Probably can't tell for sure unless you swatch since the Dior bottle is tinted can't really tell its true colour.
I hope someone somewhere swatches both and posts it online!

My bottle of Lara's Theme arrived yesterday. I can take pics tomorrow of Aloha and Lara's Theme side by side in the bottle. I just did a mani with KOH Black Star!, and it is amazing. I don't want to take it off yet. Toward the end of the week, or whenever Black Star goes toes up, I'll swatch them on my fingers and post a pic.

Side by side bottle pics are worthless, since the Aloha bottle is tinted, which I guess everyone but me realized.
On the nail, they're 2 completely different colors. Both are bright, but the DL is lighter, more opaque. It makes Aloha look almost subdued in comparison.
Get them in front of a camera, though? Forget it. They look the same in every single pic I took. They don't look the same at all in person, but I couldn't document the differences in pics.

I'm not the "less is more" type, sadly, so my instinct will always be to get both.
Aloha seems deeper, a bit more complex, and possibly a bit pink, where Lara's Theme is bright, cheerful, lighter, and not at all pink to my eyes.
Orange is a good color for me. I love oranges, so for me, yes, it's worth getting both. If orange nail polish or bright nail polish isn't a passion for you, then I think you could get by with one or the other, depending on what shade you want.
If at all possible, go somewhere that will let you try both at the counter. Both are fab, so it will come strictly down to personal preference as to which one to choose.
gga - thanks for the insight. Hmmm... Might wait and see if I can swatch the two when I visit NYC next month... I LOVE coral but not sure I love orange enough to have multiples. So tough since I'm still working through what looks good with my skin tone. I feel like my local dept store just doesn't offer testers for new things bc it's one more bottle available for sale if they don't "waste" one on a tester. Very lame...
Is the top coat that comes with aloha as fabulous as everyone says? We never got the pink one here and the orange they only sent 2 to each store! I was 3rd on the waiting list with my sa so I was out of luck! I have found a pink duo that will be picked up end of may for me. Thankfully I didn't want the orange, only the top coat, as everyone knows I HATE pink!!! Dying to try it though!!!!!!
I honestly don't think the topcoat is worth losing your mind over like a lot of other people seem to. It does dry at the speed of light, but it's not super shiny or leveling like Seche or even Poshe.
