I know they already have the wishlist in store and online, but I meant something like a real registry....like at Target, Macy's, etc. where you pick out what you want and people buy from it without (hopefully) duplicating gifts.

some of my friends that have to stand up all day swear by the Dansko shoes.. maybe try those?

^^ unfortunately for us 'fugly' is in the eye of the beholder.. :p

on a different note.. every have "purse goggles" ??? I have found that if I shop after consuming a fair bit of alcohol, I LOVE everything. Then the next day it's scary sometimes!!!

Born makes some nice shoes too, all styles. But I second the Dansko shoes.

My SA wears some signature loafers. But definitely try the insoles. The gel ones are awesome. I work retail and am on my feet all day, I try not to wear the same shoes each day and that helps too.
