Dear Coach, I know that Alaska is far away from the rest of civilization, but why is there no Coach store anywhere in the state? I really want to buy more stuff, but I want to touch and smell it first.

Ooh, but I love the idea of custom orders too. I love my red/pink signature clip hobo and I wish that you still made that bag. Then I could order it in ... punch, or black, or the purple signature color I also missed out on.

And I have to agree with others that a tracking system for rewards and perks is a great idea -- and it could never hurt to have cute SAs passing out chocolate and champagne. Tipsy shopping is the best! :yes:

Please do make a rewards system. Also, come out with a Coach Credit Card so people can save money by opening an account and getting 10% off that day, and you could make even MORE money!

Also, could you pay for comfortable shoes for your SA's? Just design some cute comfortable ones just for us. PLEASE? Because our feet hurt so bad. We want to cry. Please. Comfortable, chic Coach shoes for SA's. Reiterating. kthxbye.

better yet, combine forces with godiva and see's. pms is a tough time and chocolate will probably help sales in the long run. may i suggest sending it with the catalogs?

seriously...if you're going to make bags with brass hardware, for the love of humanity, make more keyfobs with brass. some of us have ocd and can't have silver and brass together.

Can you please make a really cute Coach straw hat asap I'm going on vacation next month. Also can you make signature straw bags, and make a star collection. I would love to see a collection with stars on accessories, like scarves. Also please make more cashmere signature mufflers this winter. And you should reward your top customers with very limited special edition items.

Please allow me to special order a hanbag in the color of my choice, like the Mandy in brown, or the Ali in pond. That would be amazing. Please give frequent shoppers a permanent discount or let frequent shoppers earn points towards free Coach items. I would like to see a Legacy speedybag - not like the Legacy Satchel but something with Less hardware.:smile1:

dear coach,

i want a rewards program, but dont give me a tacky little card or anything, i am hoping that you will just know by a looking me up in the computer or by my finger prints that i leave all over the counter...and make me a stethoscope because i need one.

oh and can you make cuter dog clothes, like a polo?

AND sell the bathing suits as seperates because well i need different sizes for the top and bottom.

You you please start a reward system similar to the one at Chico's? They call it a Passport and you qualify when you have purchased $500 at their store. From then on, your receive a 5% discount on everything and once a month you get a coupon for other discounts ($25 off on a $100 purchase, 50% off any one item, 20% off your entire purchase) and a $10 gift card on your birthday! This would be a great way to keep customers purchasing at the Coach Boutique and not going to department stores! The Chico's Passport discount is even good at the outlets!

Oh, and dear Santa....I mean Coach, please bring Sarah comfortable shoes so that I may have some too. Too bad I am too old for cabana boys...
