Dear Coach,

I'm anxiously waiting for you to design the Carly in new leather colors and with the legacy lining. Please!

Like many other tpf ladies, I'd like a special reward club where we can get discounts and freebies when we buy more--and make it good for boutiques, outlets and online purchases.

Oh, and I can't stand the thought of keeping up with another reward card. Can't we use a secret catch phrase or handshake instead?

Oops! I forgot, at Chico's you just give them your phone number and their computer looks up your Passport!

That's so funny...I was just thinking of writing the a letter! I would say:

Dear Coach,
Could you please, please, PLEASE rethink the drop length on most of your bags? It seems to be too short or too long(to me anyway). How about 8.5?

Please take heed to the other ladies' requests because I agree 100% with them....especially the rewards system, with one exception---could we get 50% off for our birthdays? Also, could we get a real registry for the people getting married/graduating/moving into a new home? I mean, who doesn't already have pots and pans and towels......now Coach bags we can use. Oh, and one more thing....could you stock every item in every store? I understand you have the special legacy stores, but I'm tired of looking at something online only to find it's not available at my boutique. Thanks!!

Please Please Please grant AlohaGirl01's request as it is a request of mine also, I'll even give up the chocolate, champagne and cabana boys if you offer more shoulder bags that really fit on your shoulder. :)

Dear Coach,

First things first. Please hire me to design a line of bags. I know I don't currently work in any sort of creative job, and I have no education or knowledge of such things, but I swear, if you give me a tiny chance, I could design a line of bags that'd knock everyone's socks off!
Secondly, I would like to see a Coach Visa/Mastercard (with a reasonable APR) that provides Coach rewards for every purchase I make - everywhere. I would be delighted to pay for my red delicious apples at the supermarket knowing I am that much closer to getting a free bag.
Thirdly, make charms and keyfobs in brass as well. My legacy bag needs a charm!
Lastly, I would like the ability to easily rate my shopping experience at the Coach store. I've had some experiences that I would have liked to report. How about a little survey or comment card I can mail in (postage paid, please) with my comments about my experience that day?

How funny, I love camouflage and the new denim!

I should also add that all charms should be made with brass hardware as well.

A wishlist would be a great idea, that you can access online and all your friends and family can see it too.

As so the cabana boys, I think they will have to limit them to PCE days because how are we going to get our dh's into the store to buy us purses with cute guys doting on us? I already have a hard time getting mine into the store with me.
