Does anyone know where to find the date code for the trunk clutch? I can't seem to find it anywhere and the SA couldn't find it either when I asked.

It is on the side seam, printed on the leather upper corner near the zipper opening on the same side as the front. If that makes sense?when the zipper is open (interior pocket also on the right side) it will be in the corner.....Does anyone know where to find the date code for the trunk clutch? Did you look in the seams on the sides of the wallet?Hello!
New to TPF, so not sure I’m posting in the correct place, but I just received an item I purchased from Fashionphile and I’m concerned that it’s missing a date code. It is an LV Black Multicolore Porte-Monnaie Plat coin purse. Fashionphile claims it was made in 2005 with “Designer ID#”: MI0065. I do not see that date code anywhere.
So strange because it looks, smells, feels authentic. No red flags at all, and believe me, I’ve checked the authenticity forums for tips. Could you please share some expert insight? It would be much appreciated since I’m debating what to do with the item.....
Thank you!!
I did. Looked all around the seams and even under the flaps that hold things inside. I have seen a few others with the date code inside where the accordion meets the main back piece. But don’t see it on this one.Did you look in the seams on the sides of the wallet?
Unlikely. Is it possible that an authentic Multicolore piece from 2005 would not have a date code?
I did a search on yoogis closet for the location. Do that and see if it’s in that location...I would get it authenticated...I did. I have way too many of these! Please check BEHIND the Female part Snap (the second pic you uploaded), there is a little slot pocket on the outer canvas where you Snap it together? Mine are ALL in the little pocket on front BEHIND the female Snap & BEHIND the according opening? Mine are on the right hand side right in the seam at the top - BUT LV do change DC locations. Am I making sense?
EDIT: Here is the location based on your pic you uploaded
