Date Code & "Made In" Questions

Hi. I am confused by a Louis Vuitton bag I was given. It has the date code BR0065 and it's made in France. I read somewhere that they used "BR" for France but cannot find this code in the lists. This bag was a gift from my Ex Husbands mother who had tons of LV bags... Spent a small fortune on them but I am confused by this. I want to sell this bag now but if I can't verify it's real I won't. Please help. Also I'm new to this forum! I've read posts for ages but just signed up so please excuse if I posted incorrectly. Thank you! MP

I've never seen a BR datecode on a made in france bag - are you sure it says BR - some of them are quite difficult to read? Use a torch to see the datecode more clearly.

You won't be able to have the bag authenticated through the forum but you could use a third party authentication service so that you know whether or not you are safe to sell it.

the brazza is in the back pocket I think twords the made in corner
