Question for people who have the spooky eyes duffle in leather - how is it wearing? Scratches or glitter wearing off?

I ordered it in the last FOS and am debating whether it's sturdy enough to keep.

I have used mine 15x, I keep track lol So not a ton of use but it still looks great, it’s getting a little bit of slouch. Mine came with 2 light scuff marks and they sort of just blend in with the eye pattern. I’m not worried about it’s durability, I think it will be fine! Hopefully someone else who has used theirs more will comment :)

So by some miracle, I managed to order exactly what I wanted from the last factory sale including the bluebird charm... and someone at UPS stole my package... and literally everything in my order is completely sold out. I am now debating whether to put myself though the trouble tomorrow and risk more heartbreak... sigh

Wow that sucks; how do you know it was stolen at UPS?

The first time I ordered from FOS I ordered a chain crossbody and mini skinny. When it arrived the package was torn open and the mini skinny was missing. My first thought was theft but I figured they would have taken both things, and the only people who had access was Coach and mail carriers. Of course since it was a $20 mini skinny Coach just mailed another but I always thought it was weird.

I have no doubt it is sturdy enough as the leather is very nice. But it will start to slouch a bit if it doesn't have anything inside of it between uses. I noticed that on mine, but haven't put anything in it yet.

It’s a great bag and perfect size! I wore it a whole month and a half. Glitter holds up well, it can get scratched easily. It’s a very soft buttery Leather but when I get a little scratch I always condition it and it’s like it was never there but they are usually very light marks if I see any. I haven’t had any deep scratches yet. It wears, well hangs well and is comfortable. I always get compliments on it.

I was home that day waiting for the delivery and hit refresh on the tracking to see that the driver or someone marked it as "package refused by customer, returning to sender" or something like that. Then I called UPS and after speaking with several people, I was multiple things including 1. that the delivery had been attempted at the wrong address and 2. that no delivery attempt had been made at all and the package was "damaged". Then I had coach call UPS and they were told that I refused the package. So then I googled to see if this has ever happened to anyone else. It has and from the stories I read, I've concluded that someone at UPS stole my stuff.

Wow that's awful! I wonder whether they should start putting less obvious shipping/address labels so people don't know it's expensive stuff inside?

When I ordered from them, their sender name was "CIS Returns." Not sure how UPS knew but I guess when it went through their sort machines, they probably saw the merchandise inside when scanning the boxes? Just a guess.

Oh wait. I remember now. when UPS scans the label, their computers shows the actual name of the sender ("Coach" instead of "CIS Returns", even though the label says the latter). Maybe that's how they found out about the contents of the box, but I could be wrong.

Oh I see. When I ordered from FOS in the past it is really obvious it says Coach Headquarters or something like that and then the Florida address. I think once it even arrived in a box with the Coach logo so I'm lucky I live somewhere where things don't get stolen very often.

I guess even if the companies used codes eventually people would figure out what they were anyway :/

I know this is an old question but I'm chiming in, in case it helps someone. I wore mine every day for about a month and noticed that color transfer from my jeans onto some of the eyes! I blame the jeans and not the bag, but being how its a black bag it didn't even occur to me that I needed to be careful.

Jeans can be the worst! Some of my winter jackets that cover my behind and some backpacks that are long enough to hit my backside have permanent stains from dark wash jeans!

For some reason I have not had that issue with black jeans but dark navy jeans I think they use indigo dye. I've had to stop buying navy jeans because of that! It even stains my legs if it's humid out and these are jeans that I have owned for a while!
