Hi.. To do a Found Order for a Full Price Delete: You need the style number of the item to give to the SA at your outlet. Make sure to place an F before the Style #. The SA will look up in their system to see if it can be ordered. The order can be shipped to your house for a $10 fee. You must go to the Outlet. No phone orders.
(I have 2 Outlet Stores in my State...one is happy to do a Found Order and the other states they can't do them.)

Woohoo!! Just received tracking for my signature patches market tote!! :panic: SA warned me that since only 1 was showing in stock it might get canceled. Hoping it's in great condition!! I know it probably has moved on to the outlet but I'm happy with 50% through retail.

So by some miracle, I managed to order exactly what I wanted from the last factory sale including the bluebird charm... and someone at UPS stole my package... and literally everything in my order is completely sold out. I am now debating whether to put myself though the trouble tomorrow and risk more heartbreak... sigh

That sucks. I tell you this line, as cute as it is, seems to bring about a lot of issues. I haven’t had that issue, but I have had my troubles from it as well.

Oh no! That is terrible, I’m so sorry. I hope you can find what you wanted eventually.

Thanks :). I'm hopefully that things will pop back up again. I'm learning that with Coach, things are rarely truly sold out. Otherwise, it just wasn't meant to me.

The canvas duffles were very cute but for those concerned about the “cheapening” of their retail items honestly the retail bags are nicer and have better detailing and materials. I do love my MFF items but they’re not the same, doesn’t stop me from buying and loving them though!

Question for people who have the spooky eyes duffle in leather - how is it wearing? Scratches or glitter wearing off?

I ordered it in the last FOS and am debating whether it's sturdy enough to keep.
