I’ve seen that too and I really want to tell them to go check out Coach’s website where they still have plenty of choices for old ladies.
They'll never be appeased. These are people who like to complain. If they see something they like they just complain about the price.
I just did this with my daughter's new sharky pouch as well -so she can carry it as a wristlet. Seems pretty sturdy!

I DO notice IG has so much more positivity around the brand. Especially the buzz around this latest collection- seems very well received. It's definitely not for everyone but personally, I love that I can share the Coach x Disney excitement with my daughters. I don't think I will be using the backpack as my "everyday bag" (I'll most likely carry it only for Park visits) but my teen wants to wear it to school tomorrow and I love that! Coach is keeping relevant with the younger gen of customers and they are growing to love the brand like I did in high school.
