I think Damier Azur Speedy is perfect in 25!
Personally, I love Damier (Brown one) and Monogram Speedy in 30!

I saw someone about your height carrying the 30, and she looked great with it. I definitely recommend the 30 for you since you are already use to it with the mono.
I was debating about the 25 or the 30. I bought the 30 a couple days ago and I feel like it's too casual looking to use on a night out versus the 25. It's even bigger than my denim neo speedy. So now I'm waiting for the 25 to come into one of the stores so I can exchange it. It sucks not being able to use it but really nice eye candy for the time being. =)
I would definetely go with the 30. It looks really good on your stature and the opening is so much better. Plus you can fit more LV goodies in it!!
