I don't see the appeal of this girl. She looks very blah to me. Although I will say the pix of her in the red dress, she does look nice. But usually she looks like any other plain jane girl. I think she looks like her dad almost 100%. And in the 80's I found him very attractive, but somehow it doesn't carry over to her. I have not seen the 50 Shades movies, but in the commercials for the 3rd (final) installment, she seems to have zero sex appeal.
She looks beautiful. Her red carpet looks are always great.

Seriously, so many girls in Los Angeles (or the entire California) look hotter than Dakota. If it weren't for her lineage, she'd have no crack in Hollywood.
I watched 50 Shades of Grey one unfortunate night on TV. Come on, where is her sex appeal? She's very "basic" looking. And yes, all the makeup and evening gowns, and movie set lighting can make ANYONE look great. She's really kind of plain and she really doesn't have a whole lot of personal charm either. Again, very ordinary. People are trying to make her into a superstar, but she's really not.

I think that her "appeal" comes from two key things - her connections via her parents and her willingness to do the 50 Shades movies when so many actresses would not touch them. She's being rewarded for that willingness - and for gracefully enduring some of the over the line questions that have been thrown her way during press for movies. Just because an actress does a movie (or 3) with notable sex scenes does not mean it's okay to ask her about the use of sex toys in her personal life.

You wanna talk about nepotism. Yeesh. That along with the "writing" of EL James. Who is probably the poster child for #blessed because she parlayed that into hundreds of millions.
