Thank you so much for sharing! I hope there will be some more of the multicolour SLGs! I do like the heart design on mono, but I wonder if that's just because it reminds me of the PokerStars logo from when I was a kid.

I asked about preordering the Cruise collection on 9/25 at my first LV store and the manager said it’s “sold out” completely and it’s too late to order. I was confused asking why would this collection be “sold out” if it’s not available for preordering yet Their excuse was that people find out on IG and let them know to order it...I suspect they were only letting their VIP order this collection or they are withholding information. I am in a fortunate position where I have two LV stores close to home so I asked another SA from the second LV store about preordering a Cruise bag, and they ordered it on 9/30 no problem And I am in the US.

TL/DR: Find a different SA!

I just pre-ordered the Kirigami Set & Bandeau today! I'm in the Asian region so pre-orders for this collection is open!

Cannot wait for my pieces to arrive!

I think I need a new SA...he never seems to know what I'm talking about and he blew it on pre-order for Christmas (I got anyway) and then 1854 kept saying I couldn't pre-order, and now still saying I can't do a pre-order for the 1 thing from Cruise I want...i'm in the US. Is he misinformed? Or just time to move on?

I called the us number this morning and they said this collection was not yet available for pre-order. Why is there so much confusion and seems like some people have been able to order

My NM SA has been trying to pre-order for me too. She's not been able to, and she's fantastic so I wonder what's going on. May just try & call the 866, see if I can't get a backup choice.

for US: it's not available to pre-order yet.. collection has been delayed. i wonder if the people who have "pre-ordered" were just waitlisted with their CC info on hand but not charged ?

my understanding of pre-order is that you get a order confirmation for the item and it will be shipped out once available.

if you haven't gotten an order confirmation, it means you did not order anything, hence the name, you did not "pre-order". then i assume you are just waitlisted but your SA has ur CC info on hand once they get the okay to start charging for the pre-order.

i think if your CC wasn't charged, it's the same thing as being waitlisted. you haven't ordered anything.

My cc was charged. It is not waitlist. I think a very limited number of pieces were available for pre-order at this time. They may be pacing the release so not to be overwhelmed and have to disappoint customers.

It’s so frustrating when it just seems like luck of the draw in who you speak to.
