I asked my CA about preordering the Coeur and was told it was not available for preorder yet. I would assume I just don’t have a strong enough profile, since I only buy 1-2 bags per year + a couple of SLG. However, I am wondering if there is a slight chance that my CA is just misinformed, since she has been wrong about other things in the past. For example, another CA has been able to get me several items this year that she said were totally sold out. I would hate to miss out on the bag if I just need to try a little harder if preordering may be possible. What do you think?

Try Client Service or another CA. It is possible to preorder the Coeur.

is it possible to preorder the coeur in the US? I called client services and they were very shady about the whole thing and said i would have to wait until it was released in november (like dude it's going to SELL OUT), so unhelpful.
