I think I need a new SA...he never seems to know what I'm talking about and he blew it on pre-order for Christmas (I got anyway) and then 1854 kept saying I couldn't pre-order, and now still saying I can't do a pre-order for the 1 thing from Cruise I want...i'm in the US. Is he misinformed? Or just time to move on?
Don't waste time on someone who repeatedly disappoints.....NEXT !!!!

I asked about preordering the Cruise collection on 9/25 at my first LV store and the manager said it’s “sold out” completely and it’s too late to order. I was confused asking why would this collection be “sold out” if it’s not available for preordering yet
Their excuse was that people find out on IG and let them know to order it...I suspect they were only letting their VIP order this collection or they are withholding information. I am in a fortunate position where I have two LV stores close to home so I asked another SA from the second LV store about preordering a Cruise bag, and they ordered it on 9/30 no problem 
And I am in the US.TL/DR: Find a different SA!

I just pre-ordered this heart bag- I have a confirmed reservation. Online pre-orders for the Cruise 2021 collection opened this morning in the US. Call the 866# and ask if it is possible to pre-order if you want one of these. A little bird told me this bag and the entire collection may sell out fast!

I just called the 866# and they told me that they would call me back once they have approval to place preorders... so frustrating. I reached out to my other CAs to see if they are able to help me but haven't heard back yet.

Fingers' crossed for you. I did detect there was some "urgency" to making the reservation. I think there is a lot of interest in this collection and maybe this bag in particular.
For the Game On series, other than the Toiletry 26, Kiragami Pouches, and Zoe wallet - will there be any other SLGs available?
I do not know. If I hear, I will post here. But I am sure better-connected people will post before me with better photos and SKU's. The heart bag is all I will be buying from this collection.
There usually is a MPA- like with the Escales collection. Maybe something at that price point- the Escales MPA was considerably more than a plain MPA.

I saw that FoxyLV commented in one of her posts that there would not be a double zip or mini pochette (noooo, hopefully that's wrong!), but also said that there would be other SLGs. TBD, I guess!I do love the Couer bag you ordered! Can't wait to see photos when it arrives!
I remember for the giant speedy, the folks that pre-ordered got their bags well after I bought mine from the website. Just wondering what to do here...
