cream coloured (kooba) HELP

I found this site last evening after I found a very small stain on my new Kooba bag (khaki color). I should have left well enough alone since it was very small and I was not sure what it was, although I suspect it might have been something oily/greasy. Water marks seem to just evaporate but this was different.
This is my third Kooba bag( others in silver and turquoise) and in just the two weeks I have been using the newest one it seems to attract everything but until yesterday everything else that hit the bag went away by itself.
Anyway, I used Mulberrry cream cleaner on the Kooba bag stain and followed instructions to the letter. Left the bag overnight to see what happened and now I have an even larger mark from the Mulberry cream!
I think I am going to take the bag to a local and very reputable shoe and leather repair shop and find out what they have to say so I appreciate the suggestion. I am very careful with bags and hate the idea of just taking it out for special occasions.
