Cracks on Speedy B

Hi, i just saw your post. And i wantes to ask if they were able to exchange your bag or something? Im experiencing it now in my speedy B damier 30, i saw 1 cracked today same as yours. I got mine in 2015.

Hey did you managed to take yours back to LV? I am in a similar situation with cracks and got mine back in 2015 too

Hi everyone, sorry I didn't get notified of all these new replies. I hope you have all had some resolution from LV. Thats my only advice - speak to them. In relation to cracks on mine, they did say that the bag was otherwise immaculate so clearly cared for and that it shouldn't happen at less than 2 years old. Good luck!

As per my SA, LV will likely proceed with an exchange if the bag is cracked within five years of purchase.

No, definitely not a standard policy. I would think that the SA who said that really wasn't supposed to.
