I saw the 300 dollar price when you first posted (maybe this was for something else??) Then over 3k in further posts? My initial post about the price being to good was in relation to that first price. I really do hope you get your money back. Remember when you buy next to authenticate before buying if pre loved.

Sorry to read about your story. I bought fake Chanel earrings from Etsy before and the seller used the same tactics to threaten me when I tried to file for refund. Don’t be scared; Stand up for your rights.

Doesn't Etsy only sell handcrafted stuff from small sellers? This seller actually claimed they were real Chanel earrings? That's some hutzpah. Etsy is usually pretty good at removing sellers that peddle fakes...especially ones that claim its the real deal because the website is based on catering to handcrafted goods. I'm surprised this person was able to do that.

Etsy has more than handcrafted stuff. Lots of fakes there. Even the so-called handcrafted may not actually be. Do a search in google. You will find out more stories. Etsy did not remove the seller even after they refund me. I don’t think they will do anything unless Chanel takes legal actions against the platform and the seller.

I am so sorry to have to go through all of this, that seller/company is a piece of work :yucky:.
Not sure if they would do something with it, but I would definitely report this company to Chanel HQ as well.
I can only imagine your disappointment (I have purple mermaid Boy with rainbow hardware on my wishlist too :amuse:) and I hope you'll have your money back soon. Don't let him scare you, proceed with your cc company. You have enough proof and selling counterfeits is illegal, so you should have your money back soon :flowers:.

They listed price for $300 to avoid custom fee. I think that’s probably how much that stinky bag cost anyways.... or less

I bought this chanel bag from Bella vita Moda. little that I know it's counterfeit.
Bella vita Moda, do not refund , do not take return. when I let them know I would dispute the purchase. They threatened me about law and legal.
please help me look at the pictures and tell me it's counterfeit.
I hope no one would deal with scammers and fraud like I did.View attachment 4158797View attachment 4158799View attachment 4158800View attachment 4158802View attachment 4158803View attachment 4158804
I almost ordered a bag from this scam website but I felt the price was to good to be true and after I googled the so called company and found them on scam advisor.
The so called “director” even took his time to answer on the same website.
:lol::lol::lol:

You have to just love the total bull-**** sites like "Scam Advisor" take the time and trouble to publish!

In reality, the real scam is perhaps "Scam Advisor" (and the numerous US based sites like them!), who essentially publish total rubbish and then run and hide behind the CDA (Communications Decency Act), defined by Wikipedia as "a US law found partially unconstitutional!

Of course defamatory reports such as this one can only be found on U.S. websites because under the European Directive 2000/31/EC (Article 14) it would be an offence to host defamatory content such as this.

In reality of course Bella Vita Moda Limited (BVM) is a fully compliant company incorporated in England and Wales with an online store hosted by BigCommerce in the U.S. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BigCommerce), who host thousands of stores and transact more than $8 billion in sales anually. In addition, BVM has management offices in Italy and Spain, together with storage depository in Italy, Spain and Hong Kong.

BVM also has a spcialist consulting and design team serving individual designers and corporate customers.

BVM currently has a stock of more than 800 products, all of which are fully authenticated pre-owned items. The website of BVM is fully compliant, with correctly drafted and prominently published Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Contrary to what is written above, BVM is not related to any "high risk sites"!

The website is not "very new" (as falsely stated in this report) as it has existed for more than 3 years. However, when the business was recently incorporated, the nomain name was changed to corespond with the company name.

To summarise, reports such as these are in themselves criminal and if publsihed in Europe the offenders would be subject to severe recourse measures. In the U.S. this is not the case and as stated above, sites such as this usually hide behind the "Communications Decency Act" to avoid prospecution. There actions are disgraceful and can be severely damaging, but hey they're Americans and that's what Americans thrive on!

I emailed them about the chain cannot be unattached but they said that’s how they “ repackaged product “
www.bellavitamota.com they also have facebook page post many luxury bags
On website company is in UK but it shipped from china. I questioned that as well they excused was they have store all over the world and ship from different places will avoid us custom tax fee. I said that’s illegal they way they do so .

I contacted my credit card company since i ordered. They said i had to wait until I received and get authentication.
It turned out counterfeit like i thought.

This is the last emai he threatened after i sent him authenticator
Dont let his threatening emails bully you in any way. If BVM is a legitimate business, there must be professionalism when making a sale and in this case, there is no professionalism because Thomas Hodges knows he is a lying sack of s**t! This is no "director" speaking but in fact a true scam artist. Let thomas hodges know to go ahead and contest right away and you will do the same! You have 100% evidence right by your side!

I try to research this BVM company and research is not high. It appears to me that BVM switch their company name when they are caught in a fraud.

I attached 2 photos. Screenshotted from Pursequeen and Scamadvisor.

OP has already posted proof that you are peddling counterfeit goods. Truth is an absolute defense to any claim of defamation.
You are definitely not going to find any sympathy here.
