counterfeit Chanel

I thankfully didn’t buy from them. Have you contact your card company or PayPal. Maybe it’s also worth contacting Dior as they may be interested in perusing them. Chanel is usually quite hot on counterfeit companies. I’m surprised they haven’t launched action against them yet.
I just ordered from them 3 days ago, I dont quite have the merchandise yet, thats why ive been trying to cancel my order with them. I called wells fargo and made a claim, hopefully i can get my money back, i know its gonna be hard since i send them money thru wire transfer.
If i cannot get my money back, i just hope the bag come in authentic, tbh in the picture the bag looks pretty authentic, but issue is that i found a replica site using the same picture as they provided, that was red flag for me.

I hope you will get your money back as this site only sells replicas and I’m shocked that they still mange to do so.. can’t you cancel the bank transfer? Call your bank and explain the situation?

I already did and hopefully i can get my money back, and yeah i just confirmed that the dior kaws bag is a fake, the eye on the bee looks so thin compare to the authentic ones, but honestly, if i report this issue to dior, will they get sued?

Yes you should report to this to
Dior.

I had the same problem with my purchase from them and was told exactly the same thing .Unfortunately its impossible to get any money back -;((..may be an attorney can help..I am actually thinking about this option now. Anyway, I reported BVM with FBI services. You can file a report online for selling counterfeited item or call them directly. Also, I left a negative review at Trustpilot, but it got removed by the website (..They keep only good reviews that are totally fake as their handbags. Did you leave any reviews there ? Please, let me know if you have any other ideas. Thanks a lot.!

Sorry to hear that.
Hopefully it's not too late..
Try this website, it might help you.

Thanks!

I'm so so sorry to hear about all of your stressful encounters everyone! We really need to tell friends about the dangers of scam sites as they seem to be getting more prevalent. I have been ad targeted for Kenzo, McQueen and Dior ads lately on Instagram mostly, all shipping replicas and using quick turnaround bogus sites that do a great job at masquerading as legit brand websites - good graphics, photos and logo usage. Luckily I only did one small transaction that after submitting to PayPal twice got refunded by buyer protection... phew!!! Things that looked shady:
1. Website 2020 copyright and weird URLs
2. Spelling mistakes on communications
3. Shipping from China
4. Prices are looking much more comparable now so its a bit tricky but they had odd numbered discounts like 17%/22%/41% etc. This article was also somewhat helpful: https://www.google.com/amp/s/finance.yahoo.com/amphtml/news/9-instagram-scams-avoid-192650720.html

Good luck resolving and happy safe shopping everyone...

I just saw the receipt in the original post of boy bag. The address seems to be of Channel boutique in Singapore how ever the currency mentioned is Hong Kong Dollar, this is a big red flag as Singapore receipts will not mention the currency in HKD. Its like receipt in US mentioning UK currency.

I was after a Chanel owl minaudiere (very rare and ofcourse a runway item made in small numbers it’s hard to see them pop on websites) and was soo excited to find it in this site. The price was like 4000£ on this site whereas you won’t get it for less than 10000£ that was a red flag. Then I realised you got add to cart button and it looks like you can increase how many bags you want by using an arrow. Clearly you won’t sell extreme limited edition Chanel bags like you sell orange or apple in a wholesale supermarket. At least not when you know that a particular Chanel bag is made in less time than 100 in the world, where you know most bags are pre ordered by VVIPs and a very few gets to the outside public. This company seems to have them however much they want!! Woww that’s the biggest red flag.
And bellVitamoda, don’t you dare comment about me on trustpilot because all it takes is a good complaint to the designer company itself and you will compensate them whatever they ask you to compensate. Even an idiot knows the Chanel pic OP posted is cheap fake... not even a super fake.
