I purchased a ZCP from TRR on Saturday and it hasn't shipped yet - I emailed them yesterday and no reply. Maybe this is normal for them? I guess I am new to this but seems like a long time to ship?? :( Starting to regret this already...

I have twice. Once several years ago for a Cabas Mezzo. Very nice, and as described. About a year ago I purchased a Tory Burch cosmetic case. It was a final sale. It came without a zipper pull. It wasn’t noted in the description.

I am still new to TheRealReal, but have a purchased a few times. Their prices are very fair and most of their items come with the original packaging. I do have to agree that the descriptions are not the best as some are under described and vice versa. Also be careful with the colours of the pictures as I purchased an Hermes item which looked like a bright red, but when I received it, I was surprised as it was Rouge H. Overall, I would recommend this site as their selection and prices are great.

Not for handbags, but I did purchase an Ippolita bracelet. I was pleased that it was in great condition, well packaged and arrived quickly. I've only purchased pre-loved bags from Fashionphile, which I've been very pleased with. I did return a piece of jewelry to Fashionphile recently for not being quite as described (my jeweler said it wasn't authentic), but it was quickly and easily refunded.

I just did! Bought some Burberry Prorsum sandals. Exactly as described. I've seen listings where they've gotten the color wrong. I would carefully examine every photo, zooming in etc. It might be safer to buy with a return policy, but their prices can get you some awesome steals too.

I've purchased a few things from The Real Real a couple of years ago. Everything was as described and in very good condition. I haven't had any problems with them. I just made sure to get pieces authenticated and would go over the photos for the listings carefully.

yes, many times. they're ok. they aren't as good with customer service as Fashionphile and Yoogis but their prices are the best across all brands. just make sure you really like what you buy because most handbags cannot be returned. i did order a red chanel once and it was dark burgundy, so the photos and descriptions are .. questionable at times

I have made quite a few seamless purchases and the only one that was flubbed was with an LV scarf. Someone boxed and sent the wrong LV scarf even though the invoice in the box had a clear photo and item number of what was SUPPOSED to be shipped. They refunded my money. The scarf I originally ordered was sold while I was waiting on my refund. Mistakes do happen-human error. I've since made purchases with no problems and everything has been authentic. Almost forgot, they did give me a $25.00 credit for the trouble.

I just realized the Mezzo came from Yoogi’s Closet. The Tory Burch was my only purchase from The Real Real.

I've both purchased and consigned with them and have really appreciated the process. I find consigning with them more "customer service friendly" but haven't had a problem yet with purchases other than a site credit technical issue. Would recommend. :)
