I love the chili but I don't look good with that red shade of chili. I'm getting a medium Mandarin Selma :)

Please do so! It's annoying to buy and return several times just to find the perfect one (hubby might think I'm buying 10 bags in 2 weeks with all those boxes coming in and out!). The indentation is what bothers me most. The tiny/light scratches... I think I can live with them or use baby oil as Mariamshah mentioned. Glad you finally got the one with the least scratches :)

I'm going to order 1 more bag and see if the other one will be better than this one.
Did you ladies put more scratches since you got yours? It seems the leather is so easy to scratch. What do you use to protect it from scratching too much?

Yeah, if the scratches don't bother you just get a discount, but that zipper indentation would drive me nuts! I kept trying to convince myself that it wouldn't but I couldn't look at it haha. I do have an indentation from the handles on the top, it's like a deep dot..not sure how that got there, but I figure at this point whatever scratches I put on it I will just deal because I love the style/leather of this bag.

Uh oh... that's not good if it scratches that easily. But yeah, that indentations were the thing that would drive me crazy because I know they are there (front and back). And if you see the 3rd picture, it looks like Colette was giving this face :sad:

I'll see how the replacement looks like tomorrow. If that one has indentation as well then I'll pass on Colette and stick with saffiano.

I would try to heat the indentations with a blowdryer and put your hand inside and smooth/rub it out as you heat from the outside. The scratch on the wing is no biggie unless you think it has the potential to get worse. Bags get scratches and dings naturally anyway from our keys, nails and banging them into things. Try the heat first.;)

First time out with my large Colette in Watermelon, Chili, and Pink. A 20th Anniversary present!

I really liked the other color combination Nordstroms had - I think it was white, tan, and peanut or similar - but this one is a lot of fun!

They've already come out with replicas for the colette :0 ki so surprised and it looks hundred percent same! I couldn't believe it when I saw it yesterday on a Chinese website
