Ahhh im so sad!! I just received my large Colette in black, from Macy's, and I'm devastated with the condition it was packed and shipped, and the overall condition of the purse! Now, even though it's my first time getting a Michael Kors bag, I've had designer bags shipped to me in the past, and there's always wrapping papers on the handles, the zippers, bubble wraps in the box, a nicely folded dust bag, straps tied up nicely and wrapped inside the purse etc. First off, the box was so damaged when I first received it. Inside the box was a paper, once I removed that paper there was my Michael Kors bag. Yep. No plastic bags, no bubble wraps, NOTHING. Here are some pics.. and check out that wrinkled dust bag too. This is definitely a used bag or a floor model. How is this OK to send to someone? My mind is absolutely blown.

Oh no sorry to hear that. That definitely looks like a return. Macy's is terrible when it comes to packaging.

I am soooooo sorry !!!! They have gotten really bad lately when they come from stores. When I returned one of my damaged bags one of the ladies told me sales associates just wonder around looking for the bag and grab the first one they see and don't really look at it.When my bags come from the warehouse I usually have no issues.. we will see I have one coming from the warehouse tomorrow. Call customer service they are usually good about trying to find you another if your willing to take a chance. Me I have had no luck but some others have

I ordered this bag from Macy's too. It came to me thrown in the box, no tissue wrapper, nothing on the handles or covering the bag. It had scratches and dinge marks all over it when I looked it over. It was awful. I took it back to Macy's and they did not have another to exchange it for so I ended up with out a bag and a great deal went down the drain...

Wow. Totally unacceptable. Do better, Macy's.

Hope you're returning soon. (I really do love the black though. Hope you get a good black one in exchange!)
