The creases look better in pictures than they do in person, but they’re definitely noticeable. I plan on calling my local boutique to see if there’s anything that can be done. Does Chanel take bags in for repair? I feel like they have so many quality issues they won’t do anything about the creasing. I’ve only worn the bag a handful of times and do not overstuff it when I do wear it.

they do take in bags for repair…my SA sent in one of my bags to Paris to fix.

I have two CCHs, the same size as yours. Both of my bags have the creasing in the same spot.
I really would try not to worry about this. Bags are meant to be worn and used; any wrinkle/dimple/scratch is part of your bag's journey with you through life. OI would try to enjoy the bag.

That said, if you are truly bothered by this and cannot live with it and have to sell your bag, I would sell it sooner than later. CCHs in our size are known to have wear and tear at the bottom corners of the bag. The feet do not help given the way the corners are "folded" and that edge tends to have wear.

If you love this bag design, I truly hope you can enjoy this bag. Good luck!

Hi everyone! I am getting a small black coco handle but can’t decide between the burgundy/lizard embossed or black top handle!! For those of you who own a black CCH, why did you pick the top handle color that you now have? Is one easier to style than the other? I plan on using my CCH for more formal events as well as with summer dresses and my wardrobe is mainly black, white, ivory/beige, and blues.

Also, anything I should look out for in terms of quality? I know asymmetrical flaps and bent/tilting top handles are common issues - anything else I should keep in mind when picking a CCH either in general or from 22P specifically?

I vote for the burgundy handle one. I normally do not like black handbags, but I could not resist taking her home with me when I got an offer a few months ago. She is very special and I do not see one around very often.

Congratulations on getting your CCH!

I personally prefer the black handle because I am worried about hand cream getting on it and causing grease patches on the handle. But that's just me

Both are beautiful and if I could I would get both, but I purchased the Burgundy…definitely more unique than all black. It’s a nice colour to incorporate into your wardrobe and a change from black classic flap with gold i own
