The leather is outstanding. If any of you have the larger wristlet in the Disney X collection, it's thicker, and more high-quality than that. Almost puffy..

It's like "budder". So thick that the piece almost feels a little "squishy".

Words truly cannot describe the quality of the leather on this piece. "Luxe and lush" come close.


Thank you so much for posting such detailed pics! And I DO own a larger Disney wristlet, so I'm excited to hear that too. I got my shipment notice this morning and the ETA is Friday, so at least it's en route now.

My Coach Courier bag arrived and I have taken a few pictures so all can see it. I told my SA I would not keep it unless it was beautiful and in my opinion it is. The leather inside and out is incredibly soft and the color is lovely. The faux pearls have a soft tone to them which compliments the bag. The snake on the side is also nice even though I don't like snake it looks good on this bag. The chain and the side hardware are large and I like the look on a classic bag.

There is no pink tone to this bag but the lighting makes it appear so. The color is soft but not pink or grey.

Very elegant with incredibly unique features! Look at the shape of the zipper opening...omg!

I ordered the tee with the black turnlock purse on the front. I was so excited, that bag has a special significance to me. I was so excited to get it that I whipped it inside out and threw it in the wash to wear right away. When I put it on this morning... Wait, this isn't the right shirt! They sent the tee with the burgundy bag on the front!

Customer service won't accept a return because I washed it, and it's my choice is sold out in my size anyway. I'm so super sad! I though Coach had better customer service than that. :-s
 
I know, it was the disappointment of receiving the wrong item when the one I ordered was sold out that just pushed me over the edge.

You have some options:

1. You could call Coach House in NYC. Stores often have sizes when .com is sold out, or they may be able to pull one from another store's inventory.

2. Selfridges has all sizes in the shirt. It's a cheaper retail price, but shipping is $30.

Feeling a little less tantrum-y now. Thanks for letting me vent!

Update: I got an email from Coach a couple hours after my phone call with a return label, I can return it for credit. Faith restored.
Glad they're doing that. Considering the liberal return policy they used to have, taking the hit when they sent the wrong item is the right thing to do.
