Are you looking at the right bag? The link you posted has silver beads up and down the front and shows some already missing. If you wash it, you'll just lose more of them. The seller also describes it as "beaded" and notes some are missing.

Oh, what is happening is that ebay is saying the bag you purchased is no longer available and is showing us an alternative. Now I see it. I had to look it up by style number and choose completed listings. Ebay sure makes it difficult! That bag should wash up fine. It's some kind of Hampton's satchel. I think you can remove the belt before you wash.
I forget who owns and used but bye dye successfully. I think this could work great on this bag. Except I don't own the dye eraser. [emoji23] Not buying a bag to buy more things. [emoji23]

The bag I am looking at has lots of tubular glass beads and some of them are missing, see the attached pic. You are going to have to wash this bag because it is filthy. Perhaps you can repair/replace the beads before you wash it.

Hi Rehab Experts! Do you know if metallic leather is cleanable? I bought a Coach Marielle Drawstring Bag in Platinum(?) Metallic leather. However, I've never 'dunked' or used a washing machine on a leather bag, and this metallic leather looks quite fragile. I've only used topical leather cleaners, but I don't think they would do the trick for this one. I hope someone has good advice because I'm clueless. The price was great and I've always wanted one of these. Your advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
