Are there indents under the prongs on the female side? I just ordered one on a whim from Wood-n-Stuff. It said it was original replacement turnlock "from Coach official repair factory".
It came and I was really disappointed.
I can understand that! There are no indents on the one Coach sent me, just a smooth plate.
I would be very upset too. That is false advertising. Let us know what they do.
Ok, ladies. I'm frustrated. The first photo shows the stain on the front at the bottom before I started.
I have washed it twice, put it in the sun for a few hours, conditioned and used acrylic paint to try to cover it. This is what it looks like now.
That spot REALLY bothers me. Any suggestions?

I was so excited to receive my Trail Bag, but it was in a little worse shape than I was expecting. It cleaned up nicely though and I had the off the wall idea to use Old English furniture oil on the worn edges. I applied it with a paint brush and wiped off the excess. After doing that twice I finished it off with Fiebing's Aussie. I think it worked out pretty well.

Having put some serious hours and product into "the crispy", I'd say no.

Be patient and keep looking. I got one for less than that in good condition.
Yeah I thought I was done collecting all the colors but I discovered it was also made in white and orange color.
