Those patches look beyond repairable. The only thing I can think of is to attach a new fabric or fabrics in its place.Hi allI need your suggestion on the rehab for my coach patchwork.
My initial thought was to keep it as is, and never used it again. But it was my first branded bag I bought during my college time and has so much memory. So the thought of rehabbing comes to my mind
The other materials (leather, patent and CC canvas) are still in great condition, except from the only fabric that has holes everywhere (tiny to large). Off course, I do not want it to look new or anything; just to look better.
Excuse the dirtiness of the bag. Any recommendation would be welcomed.

For those of you who have tried Rub n' Buff...will this make hardware with no brass color left gold again? Or is it just to spruce up scratched brass hardware? Thanks in advance!
I used it on a gold tone medallion snap on a wallet. At first it looked great, but it does not last. The scratches reappeared as the wallet was used. It's a temporary cosmetic fix.
P.S. DON'T get it on the leather!

I saw that in the thread. Looks great, but is there anything permanent?
Not on the metal. It just rubs off eventually.
ETA you can apparently apply a fixative over the RubN Buff, such as Krylon spray.
That would be hard to do on the hardware? Does everyone just leave the bad metal on rehabs or just not buy pieces with bad metal showing?
I had some time on my hands today so I decided to re-Rub n Buff my wallet medallion and apply a light coat of clear nail polish over the refinished surface. I'm hoping this will prevent the shine from rubbing off with use. I used a circle of Mini "Post Its" around the medallion to protect the leather during the procedure.
