That's great! Scooters are great little bags and a red Scooter is the best IMO. Here is the link to the Marie Claire article about the joys of going hands-free while using a red Scooter during the pandemic shutdown. I hope that it will inspire your rehab!

I have several scooters including a NWT red one! They are cute and practical.

I recently finished this authenticated, BT Metropolis 9087 for a girlfriend and wanted to show this lesser known style to newer Coachies. The Metropolis can often be found at a more reasonable cost and is such a timeless, elegant and convenient design!

10" long with a front pocket:

An attached strap with up to approximately a 21" drop which allows for shoulder or crossbody wear (depending on one's build):

3" deep:

It also is the only Coach bag with a handy key fob which attaches by a snap to the interior pocket! (Seller's photo):

Nice bag and the detachable keyfob is a great feature!

When I first starting purchasing Coach bags back in 2009, almost all of the new bags came with an inner ring that that could be used to attach a keyfob. I've borrowed the attached photo of a Madison Julianne bag from ebay to show the attachment ring. It was a handy feature that I used frequently. Back then I was commuting to work via train almost everyday and I kept my monthly train pass in a folder that was clipped to the inner ring. It was always handy and easy to access when I needed it!

I don't know why they discontinued the inner keyring attachment; it was a useful feature and it probably wasn't very expensive to include the rings in Coach rings in bag design.

Every bit counts. I imagine they stopped to save money. Some brands put the ring on a longer strap so you can keep it attached and still use your keys. This is inside one of my Brahmins.20220622_101429.jpg

I love the convenience of an attached keyring or clip on a strap for our keys! I wish Coach had put one (or the other) in more of the classic leather bags! :hbeat:

You should leave it for a while & not apply anything else. Sometimes conditioner darkens leather until it fully absorbs & settles. You might find the dark areas lighten up after a week or two. As for the brown areas, the dye might’ve faded due to sun exposure over the years. Im not sure if that can be fixed without some sort of re-colouring (like a colour refresh, dye etc.). More opinions welcome .
Question @LadaZuri @katev @Coachaddict4020 I want to colour refresh my Dinky (hehehehe) but am not sure the best product to add to the conditioner.
Saphir Beaute du Cuir Juvacuir vs Saphir Renovating Cream Recolorant vs acrylic paint vs other. Does anyone have any experience with these products?

I'm afraid that I can't help you because I haven't done any serious coloration while rehabbing bags. I have occasionally used acrylic paint mixed with conditioner for minor repairs, like touching up edging, but nothing major.

What is the condition of your Dinky bag and are you sure that it will need coloring? Often times cleaning, conditioning, and finishing with BlackRocks or Renapur is all that is needed. If it didn't respond well to rehabbing I would consider taking it to a professional to have it dyed.
