So ya, daa, here they are!

My tablet jumbles up the order, but you can figure it out. The black Legacy Rambler has a lot of distressing and wear. I will give it an app of Obenauf’s Oil , but most likely will not be keeping it. The others are keepers :heart::heart::heart:
Love the idea of replacing the original strap with a red one - looks fabulous along with a keychain in the same color!

THE TURNLOCK CLOSURE ON MY HANDBAG NEEDS REPLACING. IS THAT SOMETHING I CAN DO MYSELF?

Emailed Coach repair and they are sending a turn lock kit. Should take about 2 weeks for it to get here.
I called their 1-800 number for the turnlock replacement and 2 brass hangtats. I was told first they don't send out turnlock replacements, so had to specify their site repair info says they do that for the vintage bags. In about a week I received a bubble mailer containing 1 hangtag in pink gold (??) with a brass ball chain... Can't use them together for sure... The turnlock arrived about a week later in a rather large box; I can't believe the shipping packaging that's being used sometimes... but nothing beats Amazon in that regards, imho! Going to email their customer service, maybe it'd work better...

Yes, I've had better luck emailing my requests. I include a picture of the bag and the style number.
 
I'd use it, but probably not as an everyday bag.
I'll do that, thanks, Catbird! When I said the info about sending out replacement turnlocks is from the site, the girl asked what style is my bag. I couldn't remember off the top of my head and had to look inside the bag, and she wrote down the creed number. Your way of emailing the request with the picture of the bag totally makes sense and seem more efficient to me! (Not to mention I was hoping to quickly get off the phone after a 2-minute call and with the waiting time and a not-so-quick conversation it took me 15 min.)

Credit goes to @houseof999 . Since it didn't come with either, I commented about picking up a cheap beat up bag for replacements and she suggested a contrast color. I need help thinking out of the box at times! I already have a red basic bag that came out mottled that I don't use, so I have the strap & tag already.

Sounds like that is a good bag to decorate with patches or paint!
