Thanks in advance!
Ps. This is my first rehab.

well it is gorgeous!! What a great find. Hopefully one day I'll run into one!!On the 'bay.It was listed as a Station Bag, which is why I got it for a fairly reasonable price-$45ish. Green has been on my want list for awhile but they usually get pretty high.

Beautiful color, beautiful patina, beautiful job! Wonderful job, as always!
Thanks very much. I just got home from work and gave her a wash. The water was sure black. I have her stuffed with towels to dry. I closed the flap.....is that ok? At first I thought maybe I should leave it open to dry but then I thought I need to make sure the flap dries flat so not sure which is right! Talk about flying by the seat of my pants!!!!I start with warm water and Dawn. How bad a shape is she in? Sometimes only one wash, sometimes more if shoe polish or something nasty has been applied. If the leather is in good shape, stuff her with towels to retain or get her shape back. If leather is in bad shape, start conditioning when she is 3/4 dry.

While your bags are drying, I figured you Cashin lovers might want to take a break and admire some Cashin sketches I just found. I love her little notes she writes on the sketches.
